On 16 & 17 May, Jessica featured during the Auckland Writers Festival Schools programme. Presenting on stage at the Aotea Centre in central Auckland, Jessica took the audience on her journey from her first rejection letter, aged 12, to the latest news regarding the release of her second book in the Generation Icarus series, Take Flight.
